This policy covers the Halloween Drop app from Noble Bytes on iPhone and Android. It describes the offline version of the game.

Playing privately

This game works offline and does not require an account. The app does not collect or transmit personal information, gameplay data, or device identifiers to us. It contains no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics services.

Information on your device

The app saves your best score, sound and haptic preferences, and whether you have viewed the first-run instructions on your device. This information is used only to remember your progress and settings. The current game board is kept in memory and is not saved after the app closes completely.

Retention and deletion

Saved scores and preferences stay on your device until you delete the app and its data. On iPhone, offloading the app may retain its data. Device backups may include app data according to your device and backup settings; you manage those backups through your platform provider. We do not operate a server that stores your game data.

Platform services and external links

Apple operates the App Store and Apple device services; Google operates Google Play and Google device services. Those services follow their providers’ privacy terms and your settings. If you open a support or privacy website, your browser contacts that website. The game itself does not make those requests in the background.
